Meet the Team
Brandon Searcy (Affiliate Auctioneer - 7412, Consultant, Advisor, Asset Specialist)
Mr. Searcy was born and raised in the beloved farm town known as Portland, TN otherwise known as the strawberry capital of the world. He learned the meaning of hard work at an early age and has always been known to set goals in every aspect of his life. He has been able not only to achieve his goals but exceed them as well through his self-discipline and sheer determination.
With knowing that nothing comes easy in life and is willing to take challenges head on, Mr. Searcy has now:
- received 6 diplomas.
- has received 21 different professional and medical licenses and certifications with 4 more currently in the works.
- traveled to 5 continents.
- won over 20 official sanctioned athletic tournaments.
- represented the United States of America as 1 of 15 members selected to play on the United States U-14 soccer team in Australia.
- played soccer against the best players in the world in the most well-known stadiums not only in Europe but in the world.
- given over 4 years of his life to community service.
Experience in the Workforce
- worked for 3 Fortune 500 companies, and 1 startup company that became a leader within its industry in just 5 years under his direction.
- career experience positions include Global HR Operations, HRBP, HR Director, Director of Operations, Owner and CEO.
Auction Experience
- auction experience: avid auction attendee for 20+ years, manager of 3 different auction companies, contractor, auction advisor, consultant, registrar, cashier, ringman, bid caller and Affiliate Auctioneer.
- spent 18 months conducting intensive research on and specializing in "antiques" and "collectibles."
- State of Tennessee Affiliate Auctioneer Lic no. 7412.
Upcoming Goals
- Submit the application to obtain his FFL (Federal Firearms License) within the next 30 days.
- Seek information pertaining to an auto dealers license within 30 days.
- Begin the process of obtaining his real estate license within 60 days.
- Having a warehouse or in the process of buying, leasing or building a warehouse within 90 days.
- Transition the Affiliate Auctioneer license to a Principal Auctioneer License in April 2023.
- Begin submitting applications to different states in order to obtain a Principal Auctioneer License in those states starting in April 2023.
- Become a real estate agent by the end of May 2023.
- Have a warehouse/auction house by the end of 2023.
- Have his real estate broker license by June of 2025.
Now, at the age of 30, Mr. Searcy has decided to apply his knowledge, skills, passion and determination into starting this company so that he can now serve and give back to the community that has always supported him.
